María del Carmen Ulloa Ulloa, sometimes just Carmen Ulloa Ulloa is an American botanist, specializing in the study of spermatophytes.
In 1986, she completed her studies in natural sciences and mathematics at the Catholic University of Ecuador in Quito. In 1990, she studied at the University of Gothenberg in Sweden.
She is a member of the Missouri Botanical Garden in St. Louis, Missouri.
